Terms & Conditions

Due to our Warehouse being closed for stock taking on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd January, any order placed after 1pm Friday 18th January will not be processed until Wednesday 23rd January.

GENERAL DELIVERY TIMESCALES


Once your order has been received, if any of the stock has sold out due to unprecedented demand, we will be in touch within the delivery time scales set out below.

All deliveries will be made within the following guidelines:

Mainland UK     24 hours
Offshore UK, Northern Ireland,
BFPO, Eire, and Europe
14 working days
Rest of the World 14 working days

Terms and Conditions for 24 hour delivery.

We aim  to deliver your order the next working day providing the order is placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday and provided the next day is not a UK Bank or Public holiday. If your order is placed after 1pm we will despatch your order the following day for delivery the day after. If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we aim to deliver the following Tuesday.

Next day delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK – for example Highlands or Offshore areas. Please contact the Mail Order Department on 0844 372 1892 if you are unsure as to whether or not your postcode area is located within a next day delivery area. If this service is not available your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Please note – if you have ordered a product that is to be personalised in any way we cannot guarantee delivery next day delivery due to the extended processing time required.

If your order contains an item that is out of stock the order will be held until all the items are available for despatch. For these orders we will attempt to deliver within 7 working days.

In the unlikely event of a courier failure Newcastle United cannot be held liable for the consequences of any delay.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and all goods must be signed for.

*Please note deliveries of products with a specific launch date will not be delivered before the specified date.

*Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.


Please ensure your email address is valid as an email will be automatically generated once your order has been despatched from us. Should you not receive your order within 7 days from this email please contact us on the details below.

And because you can store any number of different addresses in the "My Account" page, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you (all parcels must be signed for) - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address. If your goods are not delivered within the timescales stated please contact the mail order hotline on 0844 372 1892, or by email to shopunited@nufc.co.uk quoting your order number. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm (excluding bank holidays) and must be signed for.

Please note a 'working day' is Monday - Friday between 7.30am and 6pm but excludes any public holiday or bank holiday.

If any of your items arrive damaged or the packaging is damaged you must report this to NUFC Direct on 0844 372 1892 or by email to orderqueries@nufc.co.uk within 24 hours of the order being delivered (please include your order number).

For deliveries made to Europe and the Rest of the World, when duty is charged by customs on goods entering your country this is the customer's responsibility, unfortunately Newcastle Direct cannot be held responsible for these costs.

If you require goods to be re-directed once dispatched from our warehouse you may be charged an additional carriage fee.

Please note: Credit card transactions will be processed prior to the despatch of the order. When entering your credit or debit card details if the card holder name and address differ from the sender name and address details, we will be required to contact the card holder to confirm they are aware of the impending transaction on their credit or debit card for the relevant order. If we are unable to contact the card holder Newcastle United cannot be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. Cheques and Postal orders will be processed on receipt of payment.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund custom printed shirts or shorts, or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts or shorts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Please note we cannot exchange or refund any underwear, earrings or belly bars unless they are faulted. Returns should be marked for the attention of:

  • We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as Newcastle United Direct cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged at the rates shown in the help section. Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct, however all such details are subject to revision.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the seventh working day after you receive the goods, unless the goods have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. To cancel your order you should notify Newcastle United Direct in writing at the following address:

at your cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified Newcastle United Direct that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation provided that you return the goods in their original condition to Newcastle United Direct. Any other refunds will be by cheque.
Stock Availability
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. We may offer alternative items subject to customer approval or if possible we will place the out of stock item on back order and the whole order will be held until all items are available. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however colours on the website may vary slightly from actual product colour - please read product description.
WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
