Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following lines – DVDs, Jewellery, Petwear & Underwear.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Burton Albion FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in anyway. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order and you can cancel orders by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have notified Burton Albion FC that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited when we receive the goods into our returns department, and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition,Burton Albion FC, will make any other refunds necessary.
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
Please note, that once a shirt has been printed with a name or number it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the shirt is deemed faulty. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if that player leaves the Club or changes his squad number whilst still at Burton Albion Football Club.
We will collect information from our supporters and customers when completing sales transactions and will also require such information when entering competitions run by the club. Where we purchase data we will ensure that the data is compliant with the marketing preferences of the individuals included. This includes, but is not limited to, the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and the Mail Preference Service (MPS).
We will use the information that we hold for administration and customer services purposes, to ensure that your purchasing experience with the club is completely satisfactory. We will also use the information for marketing purposes. This includes profiling your purchasing habits to assist us in marketing our future campaigns. By not providing your information this may affect the service that we deliver to you and will also restrict us from sending you both informative and promotional communications. For example, most of our promotional offers are communicated via email in the first instance, opting out from receiving emails from Burton Albion FC may result in you not receiving the information or being made aware of the offer.
We will store your information within our transactional systems and central database and will take reasonable measures to ensure that the information we hold is accurate and relevant. We may send you information from our business partners. These communications will come from Burton Albion FC and you will be able to opt in or out of them in the normal manner. We may pass certain information to external parties that will assist us in profiling our current and potential customers. Any data passes on will be covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement and may not be used or passed on by the third party for any purpose and must be destroyed upon completion of the requested task.
When providing your data we will ask you to confirm your contact preferences and these requests will be stored against your personal data. We will endeavour to action all requests within the legal requirement of 21 days. Where we request you to provide sensitive data we will ask you to explicitly consent to provide this information and allow us to process it. At any time you can request a copy of all of the information that we hold with regard to your personal data. All requests must be made in writing to Burton Albion Football Club, Pirelli Stadium, Princess Way, Burton-on-Trent, DE13 0AR and a fee of £10 submitted with the request.
To ensure that we follow your instructions correctly and to help us improve our service to you we may monitor and record our communications. When you provide us with information about another person you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them and consent for us to process their personal data. They will have the opportunity at any time to amend their marketing preferences via the channels detailed above. As per the Data Protection Act 1998, children that are at least 12 years old are deemed to have the understanding to exercise their own rights with regard to data protection and therefore they have the responsibility to provide and amend their own details. For children under 12 personal details are to be provided and amended by the child's parent or guardian.
What is a Cookie and why do we need to use them?

Burton Albion Football Club sends cookies from this website in order to provide persistent session management and only monitors the IP addresses of visitors to assess which pages are the most popular. These IP addresses are not linked to any personal data so that visitors to our website remain anonymous.
