How to Order

Lines are open 9.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please have the following information ready:
Page Number, Product Description, Size, Colour, Price, Your Name, Your Address, Delivery Address (if different), Credit / Debit Card Details (including card number with Security No, issue number (Switch only) and expiry date).
We accept orders by post. Please send your order with a Postal Order or cheque made out to Sheffield Wednesday FC to cover the full cost of the items you require plus postage and packing costs. If you require order forms, please call the number above and we will email or post one out to you.

Special OffersTeamCard members will receive points credited back onto their account. Season ticket holders get 10% of purchase value, members get 5%.
The reproduction of colours and designs are as accurate as photographic and publishing process will allow. However, there may be some slight variances on certain lines with regard to colour and style.
Conditions of Sale
The prices quoted in this publication are correct at the time of print. We reserve the right however, to alter the prices up or down, if required by changes in VAT regulations or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be shown on the delivery note / invoice.
Please note, that once a shirt has been printed with a name or number it cannot be exchanged unless the shirt is deemed faulty. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if that player leaves the club or changes his squad number whilst still at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days (subject to stock availability) by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Please allow 14 days for UK destinations and 21 days for all the other destinations. It is always our intention to process all orders in the shortest possible time we cannot however, guarantee a specific delivery date. Deliveries made to business addresses are entirely at your own risk.
We make every effort to ensure that all items featured are available. Occasionally however, sales of some items will exceed expectations and we may temporarily be out of stock or even sold out earlier than anticipated. In this instance we may send an alternative item for your approval. If the item is expected back into stock, we will place your order on the system to ensure it is dispatched as soon as the item next becomes available.
Customer Service Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note items returned should be unworn and unused and proof of purchase will be required. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following lines. DVDs, jewellery, underwear and socks. All items must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been damaged, tampered with, incorrectly washed or subjected to more than reasonable wear and tear. This does not effect your statutory rights.
